Ramu and Abhimanyu extremely rude and harassing by repeating the same thing to me. We are a group of 18 people- he served with too much poor attitude on both the days while we were here. When I told Abhimanyu that same and same things are happening of rude behavior, I told him I'm not returning nor recommending, he says ok; no problem; your choice. Lol.. Ramu , the captain of the restaurant, was too talkative with unnecessary communication when I told him we will vacate the place in 10 mins he said ok, and calls Abhimanyu to say the same thing. Mr Javed and Mr. Praveen were extremely helpful at the front desk. But the F&B staff feel a d behave like they control everything else. extremely impolite with no communication manners. When served mirchi bhajiya, and one lady found it spicy , Ramu jokes, he'll fry more to serve her. This is how the F&B dept. Is. Rooms are good. Housekeeping is good. Experience here makes the whole thing goes down. Thanks to Mr. Abhimanyu's poor taste of words and arrogant response system, and Mr . Ramu. When people spend that kind of money , a little humility goes a Long way, after the hospitality industry thrives on good service.
